Project Description

The conversion and reconstruction of two dwellings to a single residence near Holland Park. Rear development of a lower ground floor construction, new link basement and Mews House for a private client.

All drylining partition and ceiling elements undertaken by DAC contributing to the conversion of the property including;

  • Independent wall linings to perimeter structure
  • Acoustic rated partitions between rooms
  • Fire rated partitions to areas such as Kitchens
  • Moisture rated plasterboard partitions to bathrooms and WCs
  • MF ceilings throughout project with all associated plaster finishes
