David Andrews Construction Ltd is a specialist trade contractor based in London, specialising in plastering, drylining, suspended ceilings,external render, acoustic systems and fibrous mouldings. Co-founded in 1987 by David Walsh, the company has a history of providing high-quality trade finishes and excellent value, offering a wide range of services and products backed by mastered technical support.
With over 35 years' experience on projects spanning across the South East of England, our expertise lie in high quality refurbishment, heritage and commercial buildings in all of our trade disciplines with a contract value of £50k - £10 million.
Our in-house team of skilled tradesman are overseen by experienced management, who are focused on delivering the highest levels of quality and service to each and every client. Our business model is based on building long term relationships with clients, architects and consultants which span a wide range of projects over many years.
David Andrews prides itself in offering training and development to every employee which reinforces our company values and enhances our standing within the industry.
Our operatives have already, or are working towards, the NVQ2 specific to their trade. Our managers have NVQ3 in construction site supervision.
All our Supervisors have attained the SSSTS and the managers SMSTS qualification.
All our Supervisors are qualified First Aiders.
We pride ourselves in our Apprentices & Apprenticeship Schemes as we feel we are investing in the future and putting something back into the industry.
Our Apprentices attend the college one day per week for a two - three year course while working on site for the rest of the week.
Year 1: they attain CSCS, Key Skills, ERR
Year 2: they attain Intermediate Construction Award and an NVQ 2 Apprenticeship
Year 3: they attain Advanced Apprenticeship (Plastering Only)
Our apprentices have previously won Apprentice of the Year.
