Project Description
CAT A fit out of an office block near Covent Garden. DAC works included;
- Metsec SFS framing to external walls from levels 3-5 including installation of external cement board
- Metsec framing to atrium from GF - Level 3
- Drywall works: partitions & MF ceilings to toilet cores from basement to level 5
- Over boarding to underside of timber joists to achieve required fire rating throughout
- Installation wall linings (Gypline + board & skim) to perimeter walls throughout
- Fire cladding of steel columns and beams from basement to level 5
- Forming of shaft wall risers to all floors
- Installation of Hunter Douglas ceiling to reception & lift lobbies GF-Level 5
