Internal fit out of the world renowned One Hyde Park development. David Andrews Construction undertook works to Pavilion C - LGF to Level 11. Works included;
- Drylining and MF ceilings throughout including associated plaster works
- GRG bulkheads with razor details
- Knauf chilled ceilings in bedrooms
- Float and set to brickwork walls
- Large access panels to ceilings
- Forming pocket sliding doors
- Brooke Air grilles to bulkheads
- Fermacell infill panels to external walls
- Kooltherm insulated plasterboard to shear walls
- STO render to Mandrin boundary walls
