Project Description

Private residence in Belgravia comprising of 12 bedrooms, 2 basements, 2 lifts, cinema, gym, separate leisure areas, 20-metre swimming pool, plus a separate mews property, this super-prime project totalled 22,500 sq. ft.

All drylining partition and ceiling elements undertaken by DAC contributing to the refurbishment of the property including;

  • Independent wall linings to perimeter structure
  • Acoustic rated partitions between rooms
  • Fire rated partitions to areas such as the kitchens
  • Moisture rated plasterboard partitions to bathrooms and WCs
  • MF ceilings throughout project with all associated plaster finishes
  • Heritage lath and plaster repairs to rooms in the existing main house
